TECHNICAL TOOLS
This firm emphasizes on technical competence of the staff. Here are some tools that are in use:
-Professional qualification-A minimum of Canadian CPA designation for a Partner; other staff must be technically qualified to perform relevant services; background checks for employees; ccontinuous professional development as required by CPABC; use of recommended software and computers for the task performed-including backing up of electronic work done; use of the updated CICA Handbook; use of updated Canadian CPA manuals.
-Current or relevant ITA publications and updated tax publication; use of experts such as Lawyers when required; Use of our internal control manual and other manuals that are required by CPABC-Canada; try to keep up-to-date with critical or important current affairs (local and global) that affects clients’ portfolios.
-academic training in relevant areas whenever required or deemed necessary.
-and networking with other professionals in relevant areas of our operation.
